The asymmetrical Am'D carabiner is made of aluminum and, thanks to its D shape, works well with a variety of equipment, including descenders or positioning lanyards. Its shape also allows for use on either end of the carabiner, and you can count on it to hold a large amount of equipment. The D shape offers good handling and is specifically designed for use when wearing gloves. The Triact automatic locking system helps prevent any snagging. This carabiner, has a major axis strength of 27 kN and a minor axis strength of 8 kN. The open gate strength is 8 kN and it features a gate opening of 24 millimeters. Guaranteed for three years.
