This asymmetrical aluminum Am'D carabiner features a D shape that allows for use on either end of the carabiner, and you can count on it to hold a large amount of equipment. It works well with a variety of items, including descenders or positioning lanyards. The D shape offers good handling and is specifically designed for use when wearing gloves. The Triact automatic locking system helps prevent any snagging. This carabiner features a major axis strength of 27 kN and a minor axis strength of 8 kN.
