This 7-millimeter Petzl Green and Black Cordage is Petzl's highest-strength cordage, offering a tensile strength of 12 kN and a weight per meter of 31 grams. Just like all Petzl Cordage, this is a semi-static cordage with a low stretch that's ideal for attaching accessories, reinforcing anchors and making Prusik-style friction hitches. It's available in four diameters from OmniProGear, ranging from 4 millimeters in diameter to this rugged 7-millimeter option. We also offer Petzl 7-Millimeter Cordage in green and black in a larger spool of 120 meters for those who need more rope for larger jobs. You can use this smaller 4-meter spool if you want to give this option a try before investing in the larger spool.
